Our solutions help manufacturers address operator skill gaps, improve production consistency, and reduce material waste through digital control and automation.

Solutions on Display

ST Series: The High-Performance Rigid Stranding Machine

The ST Series Rigid Strander features Energy Recycling to ensure synchronized stops during power outages. We offer two distinct tension specifications tailored to your specific production needs.

  • ServoEdge™ utilizes active servo motors and Digital Twin modeling to maintain absolute constant tension. This high-precision specification is ideal for flexible conductors, fiber optic cables, and EHV cable screening.
  • RigidEdge™ combines pneumatic brakes with digital intelligence for heavy-duty stranding. It provides independent, stable tension control for large cross-section conductors and galvanized steel wire armouring.

DigitalVR™ Upgrades
Smart Modernization for Legacy Machines

A modular upgrade solution for legacy machines.
Without replacing the entire machine, manufacturers can add digital control, automation, and early-warning functions with minimal modification and investment.

Smart Tension (Pay-offs Pneumatic brakes)

Equips conventional pneumatic pay-off brakes with automatic compensation capability. As bobbin diameter decreases, the system automatically fine-tunes brake pressure to maintain constant tension and helps predict optimal bobbin changeover timing. This direct upgrade significantly reduces manual intervention, improves quality consistency, and minimizes the risk of human error.

Smart Traverse (Take-up Machines)

A controller- and laser-based retrofit solution designed to upgrade legacy take-up machines. By introducing laser edge-detection technology and precision digital traverse control, operators no longer need to re-enter bobbin dimensions or manually adjust flange positions during changeovers. It enables automatic calibration and accurate alignment, drastically improving setup efficiency and winding consistency.

Precision Dosing (Compacting/Stranding)

Digitally controls the precise application of lubricants and coolants in compacting and stranding processes. By replacing manual checks with synchronized digital metering and automatic inventory alarms, it prevents over-dosing or under-dosing. This significantly reduces dependence on individual experience and lowers the risk of wire discoloration and batch-to-batch quality variation.

Strobe Monitoring (Synchronized visual Inspection)

Specifically designed for high-speed taping and wrapping lines, this module uses visual freeze technology to let operators inspect wire and tape behavior as if viewing a still image—without stopping or slowing down the machine. This enables targeted adjustments at full speed, dramatically reducing trial time and material waste.

Micro-Mist Release Technology

A modular upgrade solution for legacy machines.
A cleaner alternative to traditional talc powder-based processes.

SSU™ Silicone Oil Spraying Unit

Developed as a cleaner alternative to traditional talc powder-based processes for wire and cable extrusion.

Through precision droplet atomizing nozzles, liquid silicone oil is transformed into a fine mist that evenly coats the cable surface and penetrates into the interstices, ensuring reliable release performance while eliminating dust contamination. The system automatically synchronizes with real-time line speeds to maintain a constant application rate and prevent over- or under-spraying.

OCU™ Precision Oil Cleaning Unit

An independent, high-precision mobile oil filtration system designed to maximize silicone oil utilization. It filters recycled oil down to 0.1 microns, achieving a cleanliness level (NAS 6–9) that can even exceed that of fresh unopened oil.

This allows for the safe recirculation and reuse of recovered oil, significantly reducing consumable material costs and minimizing environmental footprint.
